The Bao — 3 lb Weighted Dumpling Plush
This isn't a toy. It's 3 pounds of calm shaped like a dumpling.
The Bao is a weighted comfort plush designed to drape over your lap, rest on your shoulder, or sit in your arms when you need to slow down. Filled with evenly distributed glass micro-beads — the same fill used in weighted blankets — it delivers gentle, grounding pressure that actually does something.
The gift they'll actually use. Pre-order now — ships mid-December.
Frequently Asked Questions
What's inside?+
A removable weighted insert filled with glass micro-beads in sealed chambers, surrounded by soft polyester fiber. The beads provide the weight; the fiber keeps it plush. No rice, beans, or grain.
Is it machine washable?+
Yes. The outer cover unzips — machine wash it cold on gentle and air dry. The weighted insert stays out of the washer and can be spot-cleaned.
Is this a kids' toy?+
The Bao is designed for ages 14 and up. It's a weighted comfort product, not a children's toy.
How heavy is it?+
3 pounds — roughly the weight of a small laptop. Heavy enough to feel grounding, light enough to carry around.
When does it ship?+
Pre-orders ship mid-December 2026. You'll get a tracking email when it's on the way. Need to cancel before then? Email us for a full refund.
